What is the minimum age to work in a casino?
Under Law 10/2012 and the Legal Regime for the Operation of Games of Chance in Casinos, the minimum age for entering or working in a casino is 18.
Law 10/2012 (Regulation of Entry into Casinos) makes it unlawful for anyone under 18 to enter a casino or work there. The Legal Regime for the Operation of Games of Chance in Casinos (Law 16/2001) likewise requires gaming industry employees to be at least 18. Hiring minors is an administrative offence; concessionaires may face fines or even suspension of their concession.
